Real-World Project Collaboration
Every learning cohort works on authentic financial challenges sourced from Canadian businesses. These aren't textbook exercises – they're current problems requiring creative solutions, analytical thinking, and collaborative execution.
Project Assignment & Team Formation
Teams of 4-6 participants are formed based on complementary skills and experience levels. Real business challenges are presented, ranging from startup funding strategies to corporate restructuring scenarios.
Collaborative Research & Analysis
Teams spend 6-8 weeks conducting market research, financial modeling, and stakeholder analysis. Weekly check-ins ensure balanced participation and knowledge sharing across all team members.
Solution Development & Peer Review
Draft recommendations undergo peer review from other teams, followed by refinement based on feedback. This process develops both analytical and communication skills essential in professional finance roles.
